Waiver and Release of Liability
I, _________________, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in any variety of activities on the water at the Renbarger's residence located at 1060 Nantucket Dr, Cicero, IN, 46034.
In consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities, I hereby assume all risks associated with such participation, including but not limited to, the risk of injury or harm. I understand and acknowledge that activities in the water inherently involve certain dangers and risks, including the risk of drowning, slips, falls, and other injuries, which may result in serious bodily harm, permanent disability, or death.
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Renbarger's, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and other legal expenses) of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the aforementioned activities in the water, including, but not limited to, any claims for personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage.
